There are many ways of seeking help - maybe you like to read and feel that a book might offer you ideas in how to cope with your grief, or maybe you feel like you might benefit in talking with someone?  Maybe you just need some time out for yourself and need to try to relax?

These pages will list people and businesses who you may find useful at this time including funeral directors, florists and celebrants.

Maybe you know of someone who has recently experienced a loss and want to help but are unsure how?  Everyone is different and deals with bereavement in different ways.  You could always tell them that you would like to help and ask them if there is anything that you could do to support them.  They may not have an answer straight away - they may think of some way that you could be of assistance and let you know later.  I am sure that they will appreciate your offer.

Messages of support are always appreciated at this time, a phone message, a text, an email.  Just to let the person who is grieving know that you are thinking of them.  It doesn't matter if you don't know what to say; if that is the case then it is perfectly okay to say that you don't know what to say.  I am sure that they will appreciate you taking the time to let them know that you are thinking of them and are there for them should they need your support or assistance.
